Pleasantville, NY - The Bryant men's basketball team defeated the Pace University Setters on Tuesday night 78-72. Bryant improves to 12-6 overall and 7-6 in NE-10 play. Pace drops to 9-10 overall and 6-8 in the conference.

The Bulldogs were on fire in the first half connecting on 10-17 three-pointers and took a 43-35 lead into the locker room. They finished the half in a flurry with an 18-7 run including 11 straight points by senior John Williams.

Williams had 17 points in the first half including five three-pointers and finished with a game high 26. He also had three steals which moved him into third place on the all-time career steals list with 136.

Jon Ezeokoli had 17 points and 12 rebounds including 4-7 from beyond the arc.  The Bulldogs will host Southern Connecticut State on Thursday night at 7:30 pm at the Chace Athletic Center.
