Bulldogs fall to Pace 80-52

Pleasantville, NY - The women's basketball team traveled to New York on Tuesday to visit conference opponent Pace University. Pace won the game 80-52. The loss drops Bryant's overall record to 3-15 overall and 0-13 in the conference. Pace improves to 15-4 overall and 10-4 in the NE-10.

The Bulldogs used a 7-2 run to close out the first half and cut their deficit to just six going into the locker room down just 31-25.  However, the Setters would come out on fire to start the second half, going on a 22-4 run in the first five minutes to take control and cruise from there.

Junior Lauren Rubenoff (New Hartford, CT) had another solid game pouring in 12 points and grabbing four rebounds. Junior teammate Joanna Skiba (Providence, RI) had a team high 13 points with seven assists.

Bryant will return home to host Southern Connecticut State on Thursday at 5:30 pm.
