WOMEN'S LACROSSE DOWNS NEW HAVEN 21-6 TO END FLORIDA TRIP 2-0

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - The Bryant women's lacrosse offense appears to be clicking on all cylinders in the early going this season.  After notching 21 goals in a win over Presbyterian Monday, the Bulldogs matched that total Wednesday with a 21-6 win over the University of New Haven to conclude its Florida trip with a 2-0 record.

Marisa Lawrence tallied three goals and assisted on three others while Lauren Carlisle paced the Bulldogs with a team-high five goals.  It was Carlisle's fourth career 5-goal game for the Bulldogs.  Junior Shaun Leddy, who notched career goal No. 100 in Monday's win, added a pair of tallies, giving her seven for the season.

Samantha Libby had 5 saves on six New Haven shots to earn the win. Bryant will travel to Southern Connecticut on Saturday to open Northeast-10 Conference play with the Owls.
