BRYANT WOMEN'S TENNIS DEFEATS
ASSUMPTION COLLEGE 7-2
SMITHFIELD, RI –  The Bryant University women's tennis team picked up a 7-2 win over Assumption College Wednesday afternoon as the Bulldogs earned wins at No. 1 through No. 4 singles and swept all three doubles points.  The win gives Bryant a 4-1 overall record and 3-0 mark in the Northeast-10 Conference.  Sacha Solomon earned a win at No. 1 singles, defeating Assumption Kate Mattei, 6-1, 6-3 while Michelle Burke played well in earning a win at No. 4 singles, defeating Amanda Boyer in straight sets, 6-2, 6-0.   The Bulldogs will travel to AIC on Friday.
