The Bryant University women's basketball team continues Northeast Conference play when it heads to Moon Township, Pa., for a showdown with the Robert Morris Colonials, Saturday afternoon at 1:30 p.m.
The Bulldogs enter Saturday's contest riding a five-game win streak, the second longest streak currently in the NEC.
SERIES HISTORY
Monday marks the 8th meeting between the two schools with the Colonials boasting 5-2 overall mark against Bryant dating back to the 2008-09 season. Historically, the Bulldogs are 0-4 at Robert Morris.
Last year, the two teams split their two matchups with the Colonials narrowly topping the Black and Gold in PA in January before the Bulldogs picked up a hard-fought overtime victory in Smithfield to propel Bryant to its first ever Division I postseason appearance.
SCOUTING THE COLONIALS

RMU is led by reigning NEC Player of the Year Artemis Spanou, who averages 17.2 points per game and13.2 rebounds per game (fifth in the country) in just under 36 minutes per contest. Freshman Anna Niki Stamolamprou ranks second on the squad with 11.1 ppg, while sophomore guard Ashley Ravelli rounds out the double-digit scorers with 10.2 ppg.
