SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Bryant University men's tennis team suffered a pair of defeats on Thursday afternoon at the ITA Northeast Regionals.  

HOW IT HAPPENED (SINGLES)

• Senior Luke Lorenz (Colorado Springs, Colo.) fell, 6-3, 6-2.

HOW IT HAPPENED (DOUBLES)

• Lorenz and redshirt junior Matt Kuhar (Smithfield, R.I.) lost a tight match to Hofstra's Coco Haener and Niko Vulinovich, 8-7.

UP NEXT

After playing doubles on Thursday, Kuhar will play in the main singles draw on Friday. He earned a first round bye.
