"What a great way to open the season with a win. Our offense was fast and both setters spread the ball to all hitting locations. We were very efficient, especially out of the middle. We also served tough, which took a lot of pressure off of us."
How it Happened
Set 1: Bryant posted a .156 attack percentage, and Holy Cross was able to capitalize to take the opener.
Set 2: The Bulldogs improved their attacks in the second set, finishing with 15 kills and a .346 attack% to win the set.
Set 3: Bryant had a .500 attack percentage, 15 kills, and four service aces in the third set.
Set 4: Bryant notched a match high six service aces and three blocks in the closing set.

Riley James tied for the match lead with 12 kills, and also posted 4 aces, six digs, a block and an assist.

Mia Cergol and Carolina Camacho led the way for Bryant with 21 assists.

Eight different Bulldogs registered a kill, including six with at least four.

Alysa Wright tied for the match lead with five total blocks and also contributed nine kills.

Camacho and Aubrey Lapour each saw their first collegiate game action. In addition to Camacho's assist total, Lapour notched her first career kill in the fourth set.
