THE SERIES

• This will be the first meeting in school history between Coppin State and the Bulldogs. 
• The Black and Gold are 18-10 all-time against the Knights, with the last match-up being the NEC Semifinals, which saw Bryant win 44-38 to advance to the NEC Championship in 2022.

 WHAT TO KNOW

• Mia Mancini posted her sixth double-figure scoring game against BC. She also had her sixth game this season, with at least three made from deep.
• The Bulldogs lead the conference in FG% defense, holding opponents to 37.7% from the field.
• Maranda Nyborg has produced back-to-back games with multiple blocks. She is second in the conference, averaging 1.09 BPG.
• Ali Brigham tied her career-high of six assists against the Eagles. Brigham has an assist in four of six games played.
• The Bulldogs are 3-3 on the road this season.
• The Black and Gold are 5-0 against the NEC in two seasons under Lynne-Ann Kokoski.

• Coppin State heads into Saturday with an 8-6 record.
• Laila Lawrence leads the MEAC in BPG, averaging 2.0. She also is averaging a team-best 9.4 RPG.
• Lawrence (17.7) and Angel Jones (15.4) are both averaging 10+ ppg 

• FDU heads into the tournament with an 8-3 record.
• Ava Renninger and Teneisia Brown both lead the team, averaging 13 ppg.
