BULLDOGS EARN WIRE TO WIRE VICTORY AT BU AND ARE 7-0 TO START THE SEASON

BOSTON, MASS. – Izzy Adams recorded a career-high 24 points, while making five three-pointers, Mia Mancini had a 22-point and ten rebound double-double, and Nia Scott tallied a 16-point and 11 rebound double-double in the Bryant University women's basketball team's 83-56 victory at Boston University.
 
The Bulldogs move to 7-0, which is the best start in program history, and have now won the first three games of their five-game road trip.

How it Happened
  • The Bulldogs jumped out to a 10-2 lead in the game's first three minutes. Mia Mancini tallied eight points, including two from downtown.
  • Bryant kept their foot on the gas, outscoring BU 20-9 to close the first quarter. Mancini hit her third three-pointer, Nia Scott tallied seven, and Mimi Rubino hit a buzzer-beater three to give the Black and Gold 31 points in the quarter (31-11).
  • The Terriers would counter with a 10-7 run into the media timeout of the second quarter. (38-21).
