SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Bryant men's basketball team continues it's three-game road stretch on Thursday night when it visits UMass Lowell. Tip is set for 6:00 p.m.
Bryant enters Thursday's game at 17-11 overall and 11-2 in the America East. Following Thursday's game, Bryant will close out the week in Orono, Maine to take on the Black Bears.

THE SERIES
- UMass Lowell leads the DI series 5-1 against the Bulldogs. Bryant earned its first win in series in January, 85-62.
- Bryant held UML to a season-low 29 percent from the field in the victory. The River Hawks rank 10th nationally in field goal percentage at 49.2 percent.

BRYANT FALLS AT VERMONT
- The Bulldogs fell to Vermont last Thursday, 59-55. Bryant led 33-30 at the break but was held to just 22 second-half points in its lowest-scoring output of the year.
- Rafael Pinzon led Bryant with 17 points, while Barry Evans chipped in 14.
EARL HAVING A YEAR
- Earl Timberlake is enjoying a career year for the Bulldogs, entering Thursday averaging 15.4 ppg, 8.8 rpg and 4.6 apg. He is also one of two players in the league averaging a double-double in AE play, sitting at 14.5 ppg and 10.0 rpg.
- Timberlake has also set career milestones this season, becoming the only player in program history with 1,000+ points, 700+ rebounds and 300+ assists.
FIVE MORE THINGS TO KNOW
- Bryant enters Thursday averaging a league-best 81.2 ppg in America East games. The Black and Gold have scored 80+ points in 9-of-13 games. Bryant also ranks first in field goal defense (.404), rebounding (41.5, +6.6), assists (15.4) and blocks (7.1).
- Timberlake has posted 11 double-doubles this year, including seven in league play. He was held to a season-low eight points before following out at Vermont.
- Pinzon enters Thursday second in the America East in scoring with 18.4 ppg. He is scoring 18.0 ppg in America East play.
- Barry Evans posted 14 points at Vermont and is now averaging 13.2 ppg in America East play. He scored 24 points in Bryant's first meeting vs UMass Lowell.
