Sam Rohwer hit a grand slam and finished the game with five RBI in the Bryant University softball team's 7-5 win against UMass Lowell to win the series at Conaty Park.
Lexi Powell struck out a career-high seven in six innings of relief for her second victory of the series.

- Rohwer hit a grand slam in the bottom of the second to give the Black and Gold a 5-4Â lead.
How it HappenedÂ
- UMass Lowell tallied two runs in the top of the first on a double and a single (2-0).
- In the bottom of the first, Meaghan Houk drew a walk and Hannah Cochran hit a double, advancing Houk to third. This led to a sac fly from Rohwer (2-1).
- The River Hawks responded with two runs in the top of the second on a Bulldog error and a single up the middle (4-1).
- In the bottom of the second, Bryce Clendenin hit a lead-off double, Amira Rainer hit a single, and Houk drew a walk to load the bases. This set up Rohwer, who launched a grand slam over the left field wall (5-4).
- In the bottom of the fourth with two outs, Rohwer was walked, and then scored on a UML error (6-4). Lee then hit a single, and Makenna Coleman beat the throw home to score a run (7-4).
- UML scored their fifth run on a groundout in the top of the fifth (7-5).
