Bryant vs. Stonehill

• Bryant and Stonehill wrap up the back half of their home-and-home on Tuesday. The Bulldogs earned a 12-3 victory over Skyhawks two weeks ago in Easton, Mass.
• The Bulldogs own a 3-2 lead in DI series with Stonehill.
• Two weeks ago, Bryant scored in each of the first six innings to put the game away. Zac Zyons, Gavin Noriega and Brandyn Durand all had three hits for the Bulldogs, while Trey Deitelbaum tossed 3.0 scoreless.

• Bryant clinched its second-straight America East Regular Season Championship over the weekend, taking two-of-three from NJIT at Conaty Park.
• The Bulldogs won a wild affair on Friday morning, 10-9. NJIT broke a 3-3 tie with six runs in the top of the ninth but the Bulldogs stormed back and walked it off with seven runs in the bottom of the ninth. Charlie Saul won it with a walk-off, three-run triple.
• On Saturday, NJIT built a 6-1 lead only to see the Black and Gold tie the game with a four-run seventh. Cole Campbell, however, broke the tie with an eighth-inning triple and NJIT held on for a 7-6 win.
• Bryant secured its fifth-straight America East series victory with a 9-4 win on Sunday. Zac Zyons homered twice and Luke Delongchamp and Jackson Vanekso combined to limite the Highlanders to just two runs over 8.0 innings. 

Bulldog Notes and Notables

• Bryant is 29-17-1 overall following their series victory. The Bulldogs are 18-3 since the beginning of April..
• Bryant is 8-2-1 in midweek games this season. The Black and Gold have won each of their last four midweek contests. Bryant is hitting .283 and averaging 8.7 runs per game. On the other side, the Bryant pitching staff has limited opponents to a .206 average and just 4.7 runs per game. 
• Brandyn Durand (.405) and Drew Wyers (.400) are both hitting .400 in midweek games, while Gavin Noriega leads the Bulldogs with 19 RBI in 10 midweek contests.
• Drew Wyers has reached safely in 29-straight games and enters the week ranked first in the AE in average (.405), first in slugging (.690), first in OBP (.516) and first in OPS (1.206). Wyers has 41 RBI on the year.
• Gavin Noriega enters the week tied for the league lead in RBI with 45 and is third with 48 runs scored. He is also tied for second in the league with 16 doubles. 
• Zac Zyons posted his second multi-homer game of the season in the series finale vs NJIT and now ranks tied for second in the league with 11. Zyons is hitting .345 (29-for-84) with nine doubles, seven home runs, 22 RBI and 25 runs scored in Bryant's last 21 games. The Bulldogs are 18-3 in that stretch.
• Matt D'Amato (23) and Zyons (23) have each reached safely in 23 consecutive games. D'Amato leads the Bulldogs with 24 walks on the year. He is one of five players with 20+ walks.
• Jacob Gaudreau picked up his second three-hit game of the year on Sunday vs NJIT and is now batting .311 with a .468 OBP on the year. 
• Bryant's relief pitchers have accounted for 22 of the team's 29 victories this year. 

Scouting the Skyhawks

• Stonehill is 19-27 overall and 17-10 in the Northeast Conference. The Skyhawks went 1-2 vs NEC leader Central Connecticut over the weekend and currently sits in fourth place in the NEC standings with one weekend to play.
• Stonehill is hitting .276 as a team and owns a team ERA of 8.31. 
• Grayson Sparr is hitting .359 with eight home runs and 46 RBI, while Aidan Cohall is hitting .357 with 10 home runs and 48 RBI.
• Jack Thorbahn (14) and Taylor Gaspar (11) also have double-digit home run totals and the Skyhawks have hit 70 as a team.
