NEW ORLEANS - Bryant men's and women's cross country earned United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team honors as announced by the organization last Thursday.
Jasmine Trott was recognized with individual All-Academic honors. In order to qualify for individual All-Academic honors, student-athletes must hold a cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 on a 4.0 scale and finish in the top 25 (or top 10 percent) at the NCAA Regional Championships or earn All-America honors at the NCAA Championships.
To qualify for All-Academic Team honors, teams must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0, including the most recent grading period. Both men's cross country and men's track and field had their highest GPAs in DI history last semester. Men's cross country had the highest GPA out of all men's sports at Bryant last semester.
