Petosa joined the Bulldogs as a transfer from Wake Forest in the fall of 2021.

2024 (Senior at Bryant)

• Second Team All-America East ... America East Tournament Most Outstanding Player.
• Bryant's everyday first baseman ... Only player to start all 57 games.
• Enjoyed a career year in which he hit .320 with 22 doubles, 14 home runs, 60 RBI and 55 R.
• Also walked 44 times, was hit 15 times and finished with a .473 OBP ... Also had a 1.113 OPS.
• Reached base safely in all 57 games and ended the year on a 60-game on-base streak dating back to 2023 ... Longest streak in program history.
• Hit .158 (6-38) in the first 14 games of the season ... Walked 19 times and still had a .476 OBP.
• Went on to hit .358 (58-162) with 20 doubles, 13 home runs and 52 RBI in his final 43 games.
• Petosa's 22 doubles are tied for fourth in a single season in DI program history, while his 14 home runs are the second-most (behind Noriega's 18).
• Petosa also became just the fourth player in DI program history with 60+ RBI in a season.
• With his two homers in the AE Championship, Petosa became the DI program leader with 28 career home runs.
• Hit his first home run vs Iona (3/9).
• Started his impressive 43-game stretch with two hits at Brown (3/16).
• Clubbed a walk-off double in the series opener with Maine (3/22).
• Picked up three hits and drove in five runs at Brown (4/2).
• Hit a pair of three-run home runs at UAlbany (4/7) ... Drove in 11 runs in four games that week.
• Broke a 7-7 tie with a solo home run in the eighth inning vs URI (4/16).
• Game-tying two-run double in the bottom of the eighth vs UMass Lowell (4/21) ... Bulldogs went on to walk it off in the 9th.
• Homered and drove in four in Bryant's win at Pitt (4/26).
• Hit a home run and drove in five runs in Bryant's series opener at NJIT (5/3).
• Went 8-for-14 with 3 2B, 3 HR, 7 RBI and 5 R in the America East Tournament.
• 4-for-5 with two doubles and a homer vs UML in the first game; Doubled and drove in a run in the winner's bracket final; 3-for-4 with two home runs and five RBI in the championship game.
• Doubled in both games of the NCAA Regional ... Went 2-for-7 in the two games.

2023 (Junior at Bryant)

• Bryant's everyday first baseman ... Started all but one game ... Hit .249 with seven doubles, eight home runs, 37 RBI and 27 runs scored
• Drove in two runs in series finale at No. 14 Virginia Tech
• Drove in six runs in four games with Brown
• Hit his first home run of the year in series opener with NJIT ... Also homered in series finale, driving in four
• Drove in three runs in middle game with UMass Lowell
• Drove in five runs in three games vs UAlbany
• Homered and walked four times in win over Quinnipiac
• Had two hits in all three games at NJIT ... Homered in game one and game three of the series
• Hit a game-tying three-run home run in series finale vs Binghamton
• Homered twice at Stonehill
• Doubled vs UMass Lowell in the America East Tournament. 
• Made Sportscenter Top 10 catch in AE Tournament ... Made catch falling into netting on first base side.

2022 (Sophomore at Bryant)

• Named to the All-NEC Second Team
• Bryant's primary first baseman ... Appeared in 45 games and made 37 starts ... One of two regulars to hit over .300
• Finished at .302 with seven doubles, six home runs, 23 RBI and 24 runs scored ... Posted a .986 fielding percentage ... Ended with a .443 OBP
• Started the year just 6-for-41 ... Followed that by going 32-for-85 the rest of the way
• Had two hits and three RBI at Brown on Mar. 30 to start the streak
• Hit his first home run the following game at CCSU
• Two hits and three RBI vs URI on Apr. 5
• Missed eight games with an injury before returning on Apr. 22
• Homered twice and collected seven hits in a weekend series at Mount
• Hit a game-winning home run in the eighth inning vs CCSU on May 13
• Clubbed a home run and a walk-off double vs Wagner on May 19
• Hit a two-run home run in the first inning vs CCSU in an elimination game in the NEC Tournament.

2021 (Freshman at Wake Forest)

• Hit by a pitch in his lone at-bat of the year against Notre Dame.

Rated as a top-500 recruit by Perfect Game, including the No. 26 prospect from New Jersey ... Earned All-Shore honors ... Led Jackson Memorial to 2018 NJSIAA South Jersey Group IV championship ... Had a .538 on-base percentage and .754 slugging percentage as a junior, hitting over .400 with five homers ... Team was ranked No. 1 on the Jersey Shore before COVID-19 pandemic.
