Bryant University

As a senior (2024): 

• Appeared in five meets during his Senior year
• Came in 1st place in the 2024 Nassaney Invitational in the 5k with a time of 15:29.8 beating the next closest competitor by over 16 seconds.
• Got awarded Men’s Performer of the Week after the 2024 Nassaney Invitational 
• Competed in the 2024 UMass Dartmouth Invitational placing 29th place in the 5k with a time of 25:41.08
• Won the 2024 NEICAAA Championship in the men’s 8k at the Hopkinton State Fairgrounds with a time of 24:12.61
• Got 2nd place in the America East Championship with a time of 23:52.18 in the 8k receiving a Silver Medal.
• Placed 30th overall in the 10k with a time of 30:44.27 at the NCAA Regional race being the best program finish for a men’s runner at that meet.

As a junior (2023): 

• Competed in five meets and finished inside the top 10 in four.
•  Recorded PR's of 24:27.7 in the 8k at the America East Championships and 30:34.6 in the 10k at the NCAA Northeast Regionals.
• Posted highest individual finish for a Bryant runner at both events.
• Top finisher for Bryant in every race he ran.
• Named team runner of the year.
• America East All Academic and Elite-18 award (given to the runner with the best combination of finish and GPA).

As a sophomore (2022): 

• Finished inside the top 20 in five of his six races .
• Placed 18th in the Nassaney Invitational.
• Finished 14th at New Englands.
• Finished 10th at the America East Championships.
• Placed 75th at the NCAA Northeast Regionals. 

As a freshman (2021): 

• Competed in all seven meets in the 2021 fall season.
• Was the team's top finisher at both the NEC Championships and NCAA Regionals.
• Set personal best in the 10k at NCAA's with a 33:43.6.
• Named NEC Rookie of the Week in October after a personal best ninth place finish at Vermont Fall Foliage Invite (26:33.9, 8k).
