Biography

As a graduate student (2024):

  • Started all 18 games for the Black and Gold.
  • Played the full 90 minutes in seven games.
  • Scored her first career brace against NJIT (Sept. 22).
  • Dished out an assist against Marist (Aug. 25) and Maine (Oct. 6). 
  • Earned America East Offensive Player of the Week after her performance against NJIT.

As a senior (2023): 

  • Named to CSC Academic All-District Team.
  • Started all 16 games for the Bulldogs in the midfield.
  • Tied for the team lead in goals with three.
  • Scored the game-winning goal against URI (Aug. 17th).
  • Also tallied an assist against Marist (Sept. 20th).
  • Had seven points, good for second on the team.
  • Took 17 shots with 7 of those being on goal.

As a junior (2022): 

  • Played in 17 games and made 15 starts.
  • Recorded her first two goals in back to back games versus Vermont (Sep 25) and at UAlbany (Sep 29).
  • Posted 12 shots total on the season.

As a sophomore (2021):

  • Played in 17 total games and made six starts.
  • Registered her first career start at Holy Cross (Sep. 5).
  • Posted two shots against Vermont (Sep. 12) and LIU (Oct. 24).
  • Recorded six shots total on the season. 

As a freshman (2021):

  • Named to the All-Rookie NEC team.
  • Played in six games as a sub on defense
  • Member of the NEC Commissioner's Honor Roll.

Before Bryant: 

  • Griffin was a Four-Year varsity starter.
  • Her team Bayside FC won the R.I State Championship from 2017-2019.
  • In 2017 she won the Unsung Hero Award and was a Hocomock Honorable Mention and helped her team become Hockomock Champions and D1 South Sectional Champions.
  • In 2018 she won the Warrior of the Year Award and was named an Hockomock Honorable Mention... In 2019 she led her team to a Hockomock Championship and she made the All Hock and All-Eastern Mass first-team... Member of the National and Science Honor Societies.

Personal: Daughter of Dyanne and Richard Griffin... Has a twin brother and one sister.
