- Daughter of Nicole Abbatecola and Grant Babyak
- Has two older brothers, Andrew and Chris Babyak
- Andrew was on the Swimming and Diving team at the Univeristy of Michigan (won 2 BIG10 Championships) and did his 5th year at Georgtown (won 1 BIG EAST Championship)
- Chris attends Yale as a student
