Aimee Bourassa begins her fifth season as an assistant coach with the Bryant University Swimming and Diving program. 

2024-25:
The Bryant women placed second, while the men placed third at the America East Championships. On the women's side, the Black and Gold won three individual golds and one relay gold medal, while the men had one individual gold and two relay gold medals. In addition, divers Chris Buonocore and Megan Beasley qualified for NCAA Zones. The men's 400m relay team capped off the exciting week with a meet record time of 2:56.82.

Bourassa was previously an assistant coach at Bryant while completing her graduate degree from 2008 to 2010. She comes back to the Black and Gold after multiple USA Swimming coaching stops across the country. 

Most recently, Bourassa was a coach at the South Jersey Aquatic Club. While at SJAC, she coached multiple new team record holders and Junior Olympic champions.

Bourassa was also a coach for three seasons with the Springfield YMCA Typhoons where she coached state and national champions, as well as a future Olympic gold medalist.

Before her time at Bryant, Bourassa was an assistant coach at Binghamton University after completing her undergraduate degree at the University of Massachusetts. At UMass, Bourassa was a four-year varsity swimmer and rower, a multiple Atlantic-10 medalist and captain her senior year.
