N.H.. - Led by senior captain Casey Grange
(Methuen,
Mass.), the Bryant University
Women's Soccer team tied Southern New Hampshire 1-1 Wednesday night
in Manchester, N.H.
Grange, who led Bryant with six shots, scored her
11th goal of the season in the fourth minute, putting
away a Danielle Malta
(Bethel,
Conn.) shot that was stopped by
Penmen goaltender Nicole Visconti.
Grange needs just two goals to tie the single season for goals
scored and the career record for goals in Bulldog history.
Jessica Neales
(Swansea,
Mass.) stopped five shots in net,
including three in overtime, after relieving Jessica Clark
(Barnstable,
Mass.) after the first half.
Bryant (5-4-1, 3-3-1 NE-10) outshot the Penmen 15-14 in the
match.
The Bulldogs will visit St. Michael's Saturday (10 a.m.).
