Coach Switzer and Fox Announce 2025 Cross Country Schedule

SMITHFIELD, R.I.- Bryant's director of cross country/track and field Mitchell Switzer and head cross country coach Maggie Fox have announced the cross country schedule for the 2025 season. 

The Bulldogs will open the year at home on September 6th with the running of the 24th Annual Shawn M. Nassaney Invitational. 

Following their opening weekend in Smithfield, the Black and Gold will head to compete at UMass Dartmouth Invitational on September 20th. 

The Bulldogs open October with the Paul Short Run in Lehigh, Pennsylvania on October 4th. They will then head to Hopkinton, New Hampshire to run in the NEICAAA Championships on October 11th. 

Bryant will then compete in two meets on Saturday, October 18th. Bryant's top runners will head to Gans Creek, Missouri to run in the NCAA Pre-National Invitational. The rest of the team will head to UVM to compete in the Vermont Fall Foliage Invitational. The Bulldogs will close out competition for the month on October 24th, competing in Brown University's Rothenberg Run.

The 2025 America East Cross Country Championships will be held on Saturday, November 1st in Hopkinton, New Hampshire.

Bryant will return to the same course two weeks later to run in the NCAA Northeast Regional on November 15th. 

The 2025 NCAA Cross Country Championships will be held on Saturday November 22nd in Gans Creek, Missouri.
